Job Description

Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday

Salary: Competitive wages with wage growth potential

Responsibilities

  • Successful candidates will have excellent customer service and be able to develop meaningful relationships with our potential and current clients
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
  • Ensures first impressions of the reception area and office are always on point
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work as part of a team and assist other team members in their tasks and duties
  • A professional appearance, background check and fingerprinting are required of the successful candidate.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a professional office environment with competency in computer skills, MS Office products
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Marketing experience/event coordination planning is a plus
