We are looking for a self-motivated energetic person to join our team as a Receptionist/General Office Coordinator! If you have experience answering a multi-line switchboard, taking customers payments, and bilingual then we have an opportunity for you!
In this role you will be responsible for:
· Assist customers with payments
· Balance currency and checks in drawer at end of day
· Answer incoming calls and make proper connections
· Provide general information to customers
· Scanning and filing
· Experience with automobile titles a plus
REQUIREMENTS
· Bilingual
· Computer skills
· Strong mathematical skills
· Good phone voice and communication skills
· Ability to work well independently as well as with a team
