Timeshare Termination Team, Denver’s only timeshare cancellation company, is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and mission-minded individual to join our team. Our receptionist will greet guests and visitors helping make them feel welcome and support our executive staff.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Greeting clients, vendors, and other guests
· Screen all visitors according to the in-office and Covid-19 guidelines
· Office supply management and fulfillment
· Researching and drafting of proposals for larger office purchases
· Event planning
· Coordinate meetings and catering/takeout orders
· Maintain office cleanliness
· Route mainline phone calls to appropriate employees
· Receive mail and packages, delivering to proper employee or department
· Assist CEO with various projects as assigned
· Schedule and book travel for employees when needed
· Assist CEO with various tasks
· Assist with various organizational projects
· Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
· Other tasks as assigned by CEO or Director of Support Services
Requirements
· Hospitality/servant-orientated personality
· 2 to 3 years receptionist experience
· 5 years Executive Assistant experience
· Office Management experience a plus
· Experience with Microsoft 365 programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
