Job Description

DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a receptionist for our front desk.

Answer phones-ensure calls are directed accordingly

Sort and distribute mail

Register family members for visitation and ensure compliance with Covid-19 testing and proper PPE

Learn and implement codes and procedures for elopement prevention, fire safety, etc.

Coordinate staff entering and exiting facility

Coordinate vendors, EMT's, MDs, etc entering the facility and ensure compliance with Covid-19 testing and proper PPE

Print daily census

Other duties/responsibilities, as required

Hours:

Monday -Friday 4pm -9pm

Every other Saturday 9am -8pm

Every Sunday 9am -8pm

Holidays and fill in as needed
