Job Description

Position Summary: Receptionist for the state of the art, newly renovated office building in the Logan Square neighborhood (60647). This person will be responsibile for greeting and welcoming guests, employees and visitors representing Reyes Beer Division in a positive and professional manner.

People or Process Management Responsibility: None

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Direct guests and answer questions.
  • Answer and direct all incoming calls.

  • Organize, sort and distribute mail.
  • Greet visitors and advise appropriate personnel of their arrival.

  • Maintain a clean and professional area.
  • Send and receive all mail, including FedEx, US Postal and Top Priority Courier.

  • May assist in coordinating meetings, catering and room bookings.
  • Maintain and publish phone lists as changes occur.

  • Make coffee in the various kitchen areas, refreshing as needed throughout the day.
  • May support departments in clerical assignments.

  • Keep office secure by following procedures, monitoring guest sign in and issuing visitor badges.
  • Other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months current office experience
  • Knowledge of Word and Outlook
  • Demeanor must be courteous, positive, and willing to assist guests/customer
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience as a receptionist
