Honda of Valley Stream is seeking to hire a Part-Time Receptionist to greet visitors, answer calls in a courteous, professional manner, schedule appointments, provide outstanding customer service and an excellent first impression of our dealership to our valuable customers. Responsibilities - Receptionist:

• The receptionist is a vital member of our dealership and must present a helpful and professional impression at all times
• Greet and assist visitors and customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Answer calls on a multi-line telephone system in a courteous, professional manner
• Schedule appointments
• Screen and forward incoming calls to the appropriate area
• Take and relay accurate messages
• Perform other duties as requested
  

Requirements - Receptionist:

• Experience is preferred
• Must have a positive, polite and courteous attitude, a pleasant, professional speaking voice, excellent telephone manners and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude and good work ethic
• Able to efficiently multi-task and solve problems
• Professional, well-groomed appearance
