Job Description

Receptionist and HR Coordinator

1899 LLC Landscape Solutions is a Mt Pleasant, SC based company that serves the Charleston County areas.

We provide professional landscape design, installation and maintenance services, using sound environmental practices. We view ourselves as partners with our clients, our employees, our community and our environment.

Our employees are our customers too. We are looking for a receptionist and customer service coordinator to handle the following:

· General Office

o Answering office phones, handling new and existing customer, and vendor inquiries

o Respond to new customer inquiries through Website and BBB

o Service call coordination

o Maintenance route updates, maintenance status

o Keeping job lists up to date, schedule coordination

o Crew meeting agendas, minutes

o No cuts tickets (SC 811)

o Research of specialty materials, pricing and availability

o Place orders as requested

o Job status, assist project manager with job list management and schedules

o Mail pick up, scanning / filing - in Mt Pleasant, must have reliable transportation to visit office weekly

o Email communications, marketing blasts prepared for review

o Facebook and Instagram posts

o Email reminders

· Human Resources

o Time and Attendance logs

o Hours, time corrections and payroll processing

o Job descriptions

o New applicant screening and phone interviews, reference and background checks

o New hire paperwork, on-boarding

o Performance documentation, annual review preparation

o Holiday schedule

o Benefits package annual updates

o Employee Manual annual review, updates

o Workers Comp claims

· Other duties as assigned

Reliability, discretion, and attention to detail/accuracy is a must. Ideal candidate will be self motivated, take initiative and be able to work independently, have exceptional customer service, communication and phone skills. Must be solution oriented, adept with multitasking and making decisions, highly organized and able to juggle many tasks. Will report to both the office and project managers.

* MS excel and word

* QuickBooks Online

* Shared online filing systems (dropbox)

* ADP

* Timekeeping APPs

Must have good drivers license and reliable transportation. This position will be mainly remote after training then once per week in office in Mt Pleasant for mail pick up and processing, bank runs, etc.
