Greet showroom customers and direct them to the appropriate department.- Answer incoming phone calls and manage the store multi-line phone system.
- Input customer data into customer management system.
- Provide customers with company information, store hours, and answer general questions.
- Work directly with store management in controlling customer flow.
- Conduct general administrative duties.
- Other duties assigned by management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior office experience is a preferred.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced office environment .
- Proficient working knowledge of Outlook and computers.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.
