Receptionist

Progeny Psychiatric Group in Irvine, CA is looking for one receptionist to join our team. We are located on 17782 Cowan. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

*Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner *Answer and screen phone calls *Prior Authorizations, Medical Records, Insurance Verification *Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources

Qualifications

*Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents *Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner *Time-management and organizational skills

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $12.50 - $13.00/hour.
