Job Description
Bainbridge Senior Living is seeking an organized and detail-oriented part-time weekend Receptionist who is reliable, dedicated, and hard-working. The primary purpose of the Receptionist is to greet visitors, residents and their families upon entry to the facility, answer phones, and direct visitors to appropriate locations.

Essential Job Functions, Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Answer phone line promptly
Transfer calls as needed
Check and return phone messages
Check email
Greet guests and visitors
Conduct tours for prospective residents and their families
Manage Sign in/out logs
Assist with moving furniture when needed for activities
Monitor communal areas for cleanliness.
Keep front desk area clean and well stocked
Deliver newspapers
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
