Job Description
About the Receptionist / Floater Position

As our receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company, and you will provide administrative support across the organization. You will help out all departments as needed with special projects/assignments. [HR Department, Customer Service Department, Sales Department, Operations Department].

This is a great position to gain experience and learn a wide variety of job duties.

Receptionist/ Floater Responsibilities
  • Assist visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while presenting essential information when needed
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Manage security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Complete other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
  • Assist Human Resource Manager with special assignments.
  • Assist Call Center Manager and Sales Manager with special assignments.
  • Ensure all supplies are stocked throughout the office.
Receptionist / Floater Requirements
  • Bilingual Spanish REQUIRED
  • Experience in a front office, preferably handling receptionist responsibilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional appearance
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal
  • Resourceful and proactive, able to deal with issues as they arise
  • Capacity to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
