Receptionist & Booking Specialist

Overview: Presents first impression to clients and business contacts as main entrance receptionist. Demonstrates excellent human relations skills to deal effectively with visitors/customers in person or on the telephone. This position also supports all business units in administrative functions.This is a great opportunity for an outgoing and detail oriented professional looking to expand their skill set!Responsibilities:

• Performs as Receptionist and telephone attendant relaying incoming calls, taking messages, and directing callers as appropriate.
• Operates high-volume multi-line telephone system.
• Receives sorts and distributes incoming mail from U.S. Post Office and courier services.
• Greets all visitors courteuosly, determines their needs, and directs them to the proper person and/or office.
• Ensures that all visitors sign a visitor's log.
• Supports the Customer Care Team in administrative functions such as move initiation registration, scanning, filing, customer calls.
• Assists other departments as requested or assigned.
• Performs related duties as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred.
• Must possess demonstrated experience handling multi-line phone system.
• Must be capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Requires reliability and exceptional attendance. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Must have attention to detail
• Must enjoy assisting customers and conversing with them on the phone or via email.\Must be a team player
• Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and outlook
