Job Description
Arbor, a real estate investment trust that invests in a diversified portfolio of multifamily and commercial real estate-related loans and other real estate-related assets has a career opportunity within our Depew, NY office for a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant.
The Receptionist, Administrative Assistant is responsible for front desk reception and administrative functions for Arbor Servicing and Asset Management departments as needed. This includes but is not limited to:
Experience: Previous work experience, with customer service, in an office environment.

The Receptionist, Administrative Assistant is responsible for front desk reception and administrative functions for Arbor Servicing and Asset Management departments as needed. This includes but is not limited to:
- Responsible for main office reception including greeting visitors, receiving and processing packages and mail, meeting organization, conference room scheduling, maintaining employee phone list and office seating chart.
- Sort, log, process, scan and distribute all incoming items received.
- Distribution of daily, weekly, and monthly reports with associated exhibits.
- Maintain neat order in conference and training rooms and throughout space to include daily cleaning of copiers/printers in partnership with office facilities coordinator.
- Administrative support for VP level and above as needed including office and event setup and planning.
- Other duties and projects as requested.
Experience: Previous work experience, with customer service, in an office environment.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a fast paced and confidential environment
