As the Rebates Analyst II, you will be responsible for processing customer rebate payment incentives per terms & conditions set forth in written, signed agreements between customer and Sandoz Pharmaceuticals, Inc., analyzing contract terms prior to signatures and identifying/resolving disputed items with customers.

As the Rebates Analyst II, you will be responsible for processing customer rebate payment incentives per terms & conditions set forth in written, signed agreements between customer and Sandoz Pharmaceuticals, Inc., analyzing contract terms prior to signatures and identifying/resolving disputed items with customers.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing rebate support to customers with complex rebate terms & conditions, including admin fees or volume rebates with qualifications.
- Responding to complex customer inquiries while providing support for any disputes of rebates paid and performing activities to pay customer incentives in a timely manner.
- Collecting and analyzing required payment calculation data.
- Partnering with customers, Directors of National Accounts, Accounts Receivable Analysts, Contracts Analysts and Financial Reporting to resolve issues.
- Seeking ways to re-engineer Rebate process to outstanding practices. Performs reconciliation of Accounts Receivable items in conjunction with A/R personnel.
- Striving for operational improvements in assigned areas may also manage projects.
- Contributing to team and departmental success by performing requested tasks as needed.

What you’ll bring to the role:- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or other business related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years’ experience in accounting, finance or related field
- Strong understanding of financial processes and systems, mathematical and analytical skills with outstanding knowledge of data analysis/data mining tools including data warehouse applications, MS Excel and other query and reporting tools
- Ability to work well in teams, independently, and be a self-starter
- Highly developed time leadership skills with proven track record to meet goals and balance priorities with a high degree of initiative required
- Effectively communicate while using strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills with attention to detail
Desirable requirements:
- SAP / BI (Business Intelligence) experience
