Job Description

Kech Development is looking for a bright, driven and savvy office coordinator. This individual has to have a dynamic personality with the ability to inspire confidence in senior leadership with whom she/he will interact with. In addition, strong oral and written communication skills, strong presentation and listening skills are pluses. Ability to professionally and diplomatically communicate with all levels of management and applicants is an absolute necessity.

Responsibilities:

Initiate and manage full-cycle communication

Ability to manage a high volume of candidates effectively

Exceptional writing and communication skills

Experience with heavy calendaring for multiple individuals or teams

Ability to maintain composure and character in high-pressure situations

Mature, logical, strategic, polished, nuanced, quick-learner individuals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:
