Square One Real Estate is currently seeking licensed leasing/sales agents.

This is what we need from you:

• A Current Leasing or Sales License (we do have a program for unlicensed people, just ask!)

• Leasing experience or previous sales experience (real estate preferred)

• Valid driver’s license

• A laptop computer

• Smart phone

• A presentable vehicle with insurance

• A love of Chicago and its multi-faceted neighborhoods

• A team-oriented attitude and strong drive to succeed

• Enthusiasm and commitment to the real estate industry

• Outstanding communication and follow-up skills

• The promise to conduct yourself as a professional in all aspects of your real estate activities

We are currently looking for full-time team members willing to commit a minimum of 30 hours a week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chicago, IL 60657: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Real Estate License (Preferred)
