Real Estate Finance Paralegal With Title And Survey Experience

Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnered with a well-known midsized law firm, with offices in Midtown NYC, in their search for a commercial Real Estate Finance Paralegal. This temp-to-hire position offers a Commercial Real Estate Finance Paralegal with real estate finance experience the opportunity to support a dynamic and busy team of Real Estate Finance Attorneys. The Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will be responsible for duties that include:

• Extensive title and survey review
• Coordination of closings
• Collection of signature pages
• Preparation of escrow letters, UCCs and more
• More duties as assigned

The qualified Commercial Real Estate Finance Paralegal will be a self-starter with at least 5 years of real estate finance experience, ideally from a mid-sized or large law firm. A high level of experience with reviewing title and survey documents is required. In addition to real estate finance, there may some traditional real estate work, as well. This opportunity offers remote work until safe to return to the NYC offices.
