Job Description
I am looking for an organized real estate assistant to support my growing real estate team. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Our clients are the heart of our business and everything we do is to serve them better and to impact their lives in a positive way. We also give back to the community and are heavily involved with the local animal shelter so animal lover/owner is a plus. This role has the potential for bonuses and may evolve as the business continues to grow.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain client database
- Follow-up with potential clients and set appointments
- Manage calendars and set up meetings
- Create and manage team social media profiles and accounts
- Help maintain marketing and advertising budgets
- Act a transaction coordinator
- Install/remove signs, riders and lockboxes
- Listing management
- Maintain a good relationship with lenders, title reps and other vendors
- Assist with client events, client gifts and client retention
Skills
- Work experience in the real estate industry preferred but not required
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
