Real Estate Agent's Primary Responsibilities:

• Servicing company-provided leads.
• Prospecting new lead generation
• Consistently communicate with clients to ensure their loyalty & satisfaction.
• Working closely with buyers and sellers to close sales transaction(s)
• Negotiating contracts and handling client issues
• Daily CRM use and follow-up with leads

Requirements

• Have an active real estate license, or is in the process of obtaining one.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and comfortable with technology
• Self-motivated, driven, and proactive
• Excellent communication skills

Compensation:

This is a commission-only independent contractor position, which means your income potential is unlimited. Generally, full-time real estate agents in our program make $40,000 - $60,000 in their

first 1 year, while our experienced and top real estate agents can make $80,000 - $100,000+.
