React Native Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for React Native Developers who will mentor junior developers working in code and cutting edge streaming technologies. The Mid-Level React Native Developer will be working with OTT, satellite and live television feeds.

The ideal candidate is expected to be an experienced React Native professional with hands-on experience who is ready to roll up their sleeves, and commit themselves to the principles of code excellence: S/he will be passionate about software development. They are constantly striving to learn new things and improve their skills. They follow industry news, regularly discover and work with new technologies, and read literature to keep their skills current and up to best practice standards. (For seniors)s/he is able to explain the architecture and implementation details to various stakeholders-from junior and mid-level engineers to executives in the organization

• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Have a positive mindset and can-do attitude.
• Forensic attention to detail including diagnosing and fixing bugs.
• Collaborate and work through technical issues in a professional manner.

Required Skills (for Senior level candidates):

• 4+ years of recent professional experience working with React Native
• 4+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience with modern tools, including Jira, Conviva, GitHub, Quantum Metrics, New Relic, etc.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of React Native applications.
• Experience mentoring junior and mid-level engineers

Required Skills (Mid-level candidates)

• 2+ years of recent professional experience working with React Native
• 2+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience with modern tools, including Jira, Conviva, GitHub, Quantum Metrics, New Relic, etc.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of React Native applications
• Experience mentoring junior-level engineers

Required Skills (Junior candidates)

• 1+ years of recent professional experience working with React Native
• 1+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience with modern tools, including Jira, Conviva, GitHub, Quantum Metrics, New Relic, etc.

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience with JavaScript
• Experience with React.js
• Experience with Redux
• Experience with XCode
• Experience with IntelliJ

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
