This assignment is a full-time position. Photronics will provide on the job training to help the candidate be successful.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Directly responsible for the wet cleans equipment and process engineering
  • Improving process control and defect performance for multiple in-line processes
  • Monitor process output and line support
  • Troubleshoot process or defect related issues
  • Lead defect elimination projects in a high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Lead process control improvement projects for the site with a focus on wet cleans processes
  • Support development efforts in all phases of the product life cycle (R&D, Technology Development, Startup, Ramp, HVM)
  • Utilize lean manufacturing tools to support site continuous improvement projects
  • Lead, influence and support cross functional teams to reduce defect density, manage defect excursions, and lead yield improvement projects
Qualifications/Skills/Attributes
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Science or Engineering field required. BSEE, BSEET, or BSME preferred. Degree in materials science engineering or chemical engineering preferred.
  • Class 1 or 10 clean room experience preferred, mask experience a plus
  • Relevant experience needed in the following areas: SPC, DOE, Yield analysis tools, Statistical analysis tools
  • Semiconductor related process and equipment experiences in wet cleans module
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a group environment
  • Proficiency with PC hardware/software and Microsoft Office applications, Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and other software applications such as SPC, Internet Explorer
