Job Description Summary Must be able to operate Raymond Mill , bulk loading weigh scale, forklift and be able to service and repair Raymond Mill and perform related duties as assigned. The applicant must have a valid California driver’s license in good standing. Job Description Perform vehicle and work area safety checks. Operate a CAT 930 Loader and Forklift. Operate the Raymond Mill, and related equipment. Check and record equipment readings to assure proper operation. Manufacture all Raymond Mill products. Package, label, sample and palletize all Raymond Mill products in all package sizes in accordance with instruction and/or procedures. Remove in-process & finished product samples according to instruction and/or procedure and use statistical process control. Calibrate scales daily at the beginning of each shift and checks the calibration throughout the shift. Move, spot and load bulk Rail Cars. Perform all housekeeping responsibilities expected of the Raymond Mill operator. Understand and follow all ISO 9001 quality system procedures in place at the Newberry Springs/Hector Mine facilities. Complete all paperwork correctly. Train and assist in all other job functions throughout the Newberry Operation as time and need arises.
