Job Description
We currently have an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Rep in our Souderton, PA Rendering facility. The ideal candidates will work closely with Raw Materials Management team to contribute to the Procurement group’s goals. The position reports to the Procurement Management

JOB DETAILS:Experience – Minimum of 2 years’ sales in a service industry
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven track record of setting and achieving sales goals
- Ability to strategically plan for gains in market share within the territory assigned
- Self-Starter and Go-Getter individual who is highly motivated to succeed
- Should be proficient in handling common computer software such as MS Word, Outlook and MS Excel
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high level of confidence who thrives on initiating and executing plans for gaining volume customers
- Ability to do presentations to clients using computer tools and demonstrate confidence in service solutions.
- Creative thinker and should possess ability to resolve critical problems
- Good organizational skills and management skills
- Should have ability to multitask and follow through on tasks to completion
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines set by Supervisor
- Bi-lingual a plus, but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must meet or exceed new account volumes of 80,000 pounds per month within assigned territory
- Monitor and resolve any customer issues with the team to eliminate customer losses to less than 10% of volume per quarter
- Generate projected tonnage reports for new accounts submitted weekly to Raw Materials Management
- Report strategic plans for gaining market share monthly to Raw Materials Management
- Research potential accounts, identify decision makers, generate interest and close deals
- Act as the primary contact for large house accounts who have question about their accounts, our products, or pricing
- Manage sales appointments with major suppliers and potential customers
- Spearhead meetings with potential customers to present services that best suit the customers unique situation
- Coordinate and participate in marketing and advertising campaigns with Marketing Coordinator
- Track all incoming leads and take appropriate sales actions depending on volume & location
