  • Performs quality control inspections, checks, and tests during the manufacturing process.
  • Inspects materials, parts, and products at different stages of production.
  • Records observations and may make recommendations for improving processes.
  • Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of tasks.
  • Works under immediate supervision.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
  • Typically reports to a supervisor.

Required Skills

  • Ability to report inspection points on PPQP documents for review at Customer Location.
  • Interpret and evaluate data from the Prototype process and fill out documentation and obtain approvals from internal and internal customers.
  • Organize documentation prepared and properly copy each document for attachment onto the Seats prior to shipment.
  • File all documents according in file management locations according to instruction.
  • Report the non-conforming issue to Quality Engineers, Supervisors, Program Managers, Product Engineers.
  • Work with high attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
  • The ability to meet due dates and deadlines is required.
  • Make follow-up calls to customers on the status of the PPQP approvals.
  • Report out results

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
