Job Purpose: The Compliance Quality Specialist fulfills Intoxalock’s need to meet requirements for state reporting throughout the life cycle of an account. Quality Specialists ensure installation requirements are met such as the correct paperwork, equipment, account details and other county/state needs that are pertinent for installation. The Quality Specialist is also responsible for audits and complete resolution of equipment/data log related findings that may identify tamper/circumvention or a need for equipment replacement. Compliance Quality Specialists are accountable for escalating accounts needing further attention and possibly, state reporting. Compliance Quality Specialists operate in a fast paced, high volume, customer oriented environment; a high degree of efficiency and attention to detail are required to meet role expectations.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support customer account setup including:
- Quality review of pending installations to confirm accounts are compliant with state regulations
- Timely completion of state required paperwork and customer data necessary for installation and violation reporting
- Installation approvals, where regulations require such
- Support account maintenance including:
- Use of available reporting to ensure equipment is functioning as expected and working to identify issues and/or trends
- Troubleshooting device-related issues with customer
- Responsible for customer and service center communication to validate or correct equipment findings
- Coordinating appointments with service center and customer
- Tracking findings, communication, or other needed details of production or steps to resolution in CSS or other platforms such as Excel or SharePoint
- All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required with relevant work experience, some college preferred.
- Strong verbal (both in person and phone) and written communication skills that can be flexed to fit a broad spectrum of situations.
- Excellent organizational & time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail leading to high quality work product.
- A strong sense of accountability and work ethic with the ability to manage work independently.
- Superior judgment and critical thinking skills to make a well evaluated decision regarding state regulations and company operating procedures.
- Positive, resilient, consistent, customer-centric attitude. Patient, team-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to analyze account documentation and device usage/history.
- Computer skills required include proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Access and SharePoint preferred.
- Effective problem solving skills used to identify efficiency, quality and/or service improvements to the work assigned.
