Job Description
Liberty Healthcare Corporation seeks qualified applicants for an available "Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) Quality Monitoring Specialist" position.
This is a consultant-like role which will provide onsite monitoring of a 20-bed intermediate care facility located in Grant County, Indiana.
Please note this is a temporary role, limited to 45-90 days.
You’re a good fit for this position if you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree. As well, you should have three or more years of experience working in an intermediate care facility which supports the needs of of people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. Knowledge of person-centered practices are essential. You should be able to work well independently and have strong writing and analytical thinking skills.
