Quality Manager

R&R Overview

• Ensure quality system is implemented, maintained and improved according to BOS.
• Lead team to analyze and solve quality issues and ensure manufacturing process is under control.
• Maintain relationship with customer and champion issue shooting.
• Coordinate to solve the issues of advanced quality new products as well as suppliers’ problems, enhance product quality and reduce manufacturing cost.

Detailed R&R

• In charge of department management, ensure quality objective understood and achieved through effective planning, organizing, collaboration and control.
• Organize and execute the quality audit, process audit and unqualified products audit, tracking the implementation progress of countermeasures, ensure products quality is under control.
• In charge of the advanced quality planning of new products, review and approve PPAP documents and make sure that process plan matches the program requirements.
• Solve and improvement of suppliers’ quality issues, establish and optimize supplier management system and evaluation system, help to enhance suppliers’ capability.
• Establish sound relationship with the customer, deliver prompt response and continuous improve product quality to exceed customer’s expectations.
• In charge of quality data review, reporting and making action plans based on certain requirement, supervising control plans, receiving material inspection instructions and relative instructions.
• Lead quality team to conduct continuous improvement activities, supervise the implementation of action plan and promoting quality control capability.
• In charge of department safety and implementation of regulations, optimization of safety equipment. Practice safety protection and safe production target to ensure employee and equipment safety.
• Coach and train staff to leverage their strength and ensure effective deployment of CID and succession plan, to continuously improving staff engagement.
• Take management responsibility defined by relevant BOS documentation as well as IATF16949/OHSAS18000/ISO14000 standards. Ensure Effective Operation of BOS and continuously improve relevant process and its application.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Bachelor degree and above, major in machinery/material is preferred.

Experience:

• 5 years and above relative working experience, familiar with plant operation and modern manufacturing industry, with working experience in automobile industry is preferred.
• Excellent on-site problem analysis and solving skills
• Capability should meet customers‘ specific requirement.

Knowledge & skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Chinese Language is a plus).
• Be able to use various quality tools to analyze and solve problems, follow principles and familiar with five quality tools(APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA).
