Reporting to the COO, the Quality Director is a leader in managing assembly and manufacturing quality compliance. Their mission is to ensure the highest quality standards for our products and to provide first class service to clients. Their primary task will be to set up an efficient, integrated quality system for the company that meets the needs of our various clients.



As part of your daily work, you would have to:

  • Manage the Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams.
  • Plan the daily quality activities.
  • Oversee the quality of the various assembly lines and finished products, as well as control the reception of raw materials.
  • Ensure that quality processes are respected.
  • Ensure that product specifications and quality traceability are complied with.
  • Manage the quality system non-conformance: production and supplier, analyze the causes and set up the follow-up and corrective / preventive actions.
  • Liaise with the production, industrial engineering and manufacturing support departments.
  • Attend operational meetings.
  • Suggest opportunities for quality assurance process improvement.
  • Plan resource requirements, develop, train and coach QC and QA teams.
  • Set team objectives and track operational quality indicators.
  • Communicate effectively with the different QC and QA teams.
