Quality Control Inspector

We are currently looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Horsham, PA (USA) to perform inspection and cycle counts to ensure accuracy of goods being received and/or shipped from our warehouse.

• Perform inline inspection of goods being assembled for shipments to global clinical trial sites or partner/vendor locations.
• Perform incoming inspection of goods received into the warehouse, if and when needed.
• Perform cycle counts (manual inventory control) according to prescribed procedures to help ensure accuracy of goods within warehouse inventory.
• Review and inspect goods in the quarantine cage and the reject cage, according to prescribed procedures, to ensure proper labeling and to verify and monitor expiry dates of goods. Notify Warehouse Manager immediately of any discrepancies found.
• Communicate with immediate supervisor and Warehouse Manager the status of work as requested by management.
• Adhere to all warehouse rules and guidelines per company policies and SOPs.
• Understand and follow all company safety regulations.
• Work overtime and travel as required. Maintain regular and predictable attendance within prescribed guidelines.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• One year of experience in quality control including inspections and line work or warehouse experience desired.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to read, write, and understand verbal and written instructions.
• Highly detailed and organized.
• Ability to follow prescribed procedures with rigor.
• Sound communication skills.
