Working here, at Hartwood Foundation, Inc.

You will develop systems for measuring outcomes for measu4ring outcomes and develop corrective action plans and methods to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. To ensure compliance with all regulatory agency's, including Dept. of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS), Licensing, Health Department and other governing groups. And, you will help assure the individuals we support receive the highest quality of care possible while enjoying fun and meaningful lives!

Some of your job functions may include:

- Review and evaluate programs and services to develop, improve upon implement practices that enhance service delivery and address policy and other regulatory requirements.

- Write Policies and Procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies.

- Generate Corrective Active Plans (CAP) as needed in response to citations, recommendations, or "Care Concerns" issued by Licensing or Human Rights.

- Provide ongoing monitoring of corrective actions in the field to ensure all identified protocol, procedural, or policy modifications have been followed at all levels of the agency.

- Develop and implement standards for inspections to review (and ensure) compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.

Education and Experience

- Bachelors Degree and 3 years related experience developing and managing Quality Assurance and Compliance oversight programs.

- Working knowledge of developmental disabilities and human behavior and support strategies.

- Good command of the English and effective communication (both oral and written).

- Analysis, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to review systems, find flaws and pose solutions.

- Ability to function independently to include setting goals and objective and responding to written and verbal instructions and guidelines.

- Current drivers' license and safe driving record.
