- Reviews, analyzes, and reports on quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical systems.
- Investigates problems and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. Interfaces with manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor and subcontractor representatives to determine responsibilities.
- Recommends corrective actions, dispositions and modifications.
- Perform internal Audits of Quality Management Systems (i.e., AS9100, ISO 9000, ISO 14001).
- Perform and document Process Surveillance and Process Builds Surveillance.
- Must be a US Citizen. This position supports a facility that requires special access.

- Auditing and or Process surveillance of internal process and product builds, including work plans and inspection records.
- Reviews of awards and requests for quotes from existing and future customers.
- Previous manufacturing experience (metallic and/or assembly preferred).
- Familiarity with AS9100 QMS. Experience with and/or knowledge of calibration procedures, controlled tooling inspection and maintenance, internal auditing, and corrective/preventative action process.
- Review of P.O.'s and work orders for quality requirements and required inspection points.
- Interpersonal communication, ability to effectively communicate with various functional backgrounds to ensure objectives are met.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Familiarity w MS Office, various systems and databases.
