Where appropriate, virtual sessions may be available for any consumers not passing the screen or with additional safety concerns.

About your Role: The Coordinated Specialty Care Vocational Specialist (CSCVS) will provide direct service to CSC clients who may possess mental, behavioral, or emotional disturbances resulting in significant functional impairment. Work with these individuals will focus on continuing to meet developmental milestones with regard to educational, vocational, and functional status. Work will be in the office and in the community in the role of job developer and job coach and as a counselor to assess and develop necessary work/educational/functional skills in CSC clients. CSCVS will provide treatment oriented activities as indicated in the Individualized Service Plan in the consumer’s home, group milieus, and community settings where skills training can be applied and recovery experienced. CSCVS may also assist in the development and running of Individual Resiliency training groups and activities.

Does the Following Apply to You?
- LCSW or LMHT preferred
- Master's or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Psychology, or a related human services field
- 2- 3 years of MH/DD/SA experience providing direct service to population served
- Must meet QP status according to 10 NCAC 27. G. 0104
