QC Technician

Responsibilities Include:

• Monitor Technicians performance and ensure Key Performance Metrics are attained prior to leaving the customer
• Communicate with supervisor issues or concerns with field technicians
• Track and record Technicians meter readings to diagnose required levels are attained for speed and quality.
• Ensure Home Health Checks are completed at each worksite
• Compare invoicing details to detect any discrepancies or issues that need to be communicated with customer.
• Verify technicians’ daily stops and work performed.
• May prepare reports or perform other similar duties as requested.

Requirements: *

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to communicate in a business- like manner.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
• Capable of working independently and as a team player.
• Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as required.
