Job Summary
If you like to build and lead a team that ensures an organization delivers quality software on time and exceeding customer expectations, then we would love to talk to you.
You should be a proven leader able to organize and mentor a team to create a comprehensive automated QA ecosystem across API, end-user, integration, and regression testing. You should have automation development and management experience on large scale projects in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Mentor, assign work to, and provide technical assistance for QA Automation Software Engineers on your team
- Develop and manage software release test plans
- Develop and manage API, end-user, integration, and regression test suites
- Independently work on QA automation software development projects and collaborate with fellow Software Engineers to review and complete tasks
- Write excellent automated tests that produce deterministic results in a CI/CD environment
- Work in a continually changing and improving startup environment, contributing strongly to continuous improvement
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (ability to communicate in technical terms and still be human)
- The desire and ability to learn quickly
- Experience managing a team of QA Automation Software Engineers
- Experience with multiple QA automation software development environments and tools
- Bachelor of Science (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Experience
- Experience testing SaaS applications
- Experience with our technology stack: Cypress, Javascript/TypeScript, Angular, Python, Postgres, Docker, git
- Experience with multiple testing frameworks, and writing complete, maintainable tests
