Inventory and Fleet Manager
Quick Servant is looking for a motivated individual with management experience to work with our Warehouse team and Parts purchasing department.
Skills/Requirements:
- Business degree
- 2+ years of managing and motivating employees.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Demonstrate leadership skills to effectively direct, motivate, coach, and develop team members through effective communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and determined to succeed.
- Must have good Customer Service & Conflict resolution skills. Will be required to interact with field technicians & field supervisors on a daily basis to ensure our purchasing and inventory requirements are met.
- Basic understanding of HVAC, Refrigeration or Electrical is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage parts purchasing team to provide accurate, best cost, and timely purchasing for our field technicians and customers.
- Manage warehouse, and truck stock inventory levels based on Usage Rates, and customer needs.
- Manage purchase order admin team to ensure accurate pricing and item no’s
- Coordinating and overseeing the daily inventory control activities to maintain consistently accurate inventory counts.
- Researching, identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Manage warehouse staff productivity, safety, and daily schedules.
- Sourcing and managing new and existing Vendors.
- Implementing steps to grow area ecommerce sales.
- Manage transfer, sales, and repair of vehicle fleet. This takes an understanding of logistics and decision making does not require a mechanical background.
