Public Event Facilitator – Seasonal

We are looking for a motivated and high-energy Event Facilitator to be the professional liaison for the Public Events team during various Dallas Arboretum garden events. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to use your hospitality skills during our special events, concerts, and elegant dinners & receptions, amongst other public events. This position will be under the direction of the Director of Public Events and the Public Events Managers. The ideal candidate will perform as staff liaison for satisfactory execution of each event, including overseeing all aspects related to the event and monitoring use and care of Dallas Arboretum property as well as ensuring successful guest relations.
