Job Description
The PT International Student Systems Coordinator works directly with the International Students & Scholars (ISS) team to provide technical support for our online portal, Terra Dotta, as well as the Student Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS). In addition, this position will perform some basic immigration support for Pace’s undergraduate and graduate international students on F-1 visas.

Position Duties
- Providing technical support with ISS’s online system; Terra Dotta – performing routine maintenance, login support, and content updates.
- Ensuring ISS website is up-to-date and periodically update the ISS website content each semester.
- Support international students with some basic immigration needs and support (such as letters and travel signatures).
- Serve as a Designated School Official (DSO) for F-1 visa students on all Pace campuses.
- Provide support to the International Student Systems Administrator.
- Work with the ISS Director on SEVIS data management.
- Performs other such duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Position Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with excel spreadsheets.
- Experience with data management.
- Analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of student visa and SEVIS system preferred.
- SEVIS knowledge and experience is a plus.
