Key Rehab is looking for a full time Physical or Occupational Therapist to join our team of therapists in IA as a Clinical Trainer/Mentor. In this role, the Clinical Trainer-Mentor will assist therapists with side by side clinical coaching and education on skilled techniques, provide on-boarding and clinical orientation to new staff and participate in ongoing mentoring of Key Rehab therapists. This position is a salaried position and will require up to 70% travel throughout IA with occasional travel across state lines.Qualifications:

Education: Must have a valid IA license as a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years’ experience in long term care setting. Experience in clinical management/leadership preferred.

Travel: Must be willing to be onsite within a multi-site region, up to 70%, with availability for overnight stays as necessary.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Must have a strong clinical background in skilled nursing rehabilitation
• Must be skilled in interdisciplinary training.
• Must be proficient in Medicare billing and documentation requirements
