Job Description

Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Psychologist to join our organization as a Program Manager for Caregiver Mental Health in Portland, Oregon. This is a unique opportunity where you will lead regional initiatives supporting employee wellness and workplace mental health in various ways. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in program development, while successfully collaborating with Providence leadership on the implementation and evolution of system-wide initiatives that are already in place. Additional responsibilities include facilitating presentations, providing educational resources, and confidential 1:1 support to clinic and hospital teams (in-person and virtually). Be on the forefront of an exciting new program that’s pioneering mental health initiatives for Providence caregivers throughout Oregon.

  • Monday to Friday schedule
  • Licensed Psychologist with clinical experience in a behavioral health setting required
  • 2 years’ experience in employee mental health and wellness strongly preferred
