Proposal Writer

We are seeking a Proposal Writer that is ready to work with multiple clients across a wide range of technologies spanning from cybersecurity to data analytics to digital communications and developing proposals and various documents such as whitepapers and marketing materials. Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, and organize information in a compelling, professional, and credible manner
• Conduct interviews with technical experts to inform responses to client questions
• Editing and revising content according to feedback
• Maintain consistency with company editorial standards
• Work with design teams to create graphics and visuals that simply convey complex ideas, processes, or information.
• Ability to comprehend and articulate a variety of technical topics and service offering

Requirements

• BA or BS in English, Journalism, Communications or related field
• 1 – 3 years of experience in journalism, proposal writing or technical writing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe tools
• Experience interviewing technical subject matter experts to translate technical requirements and approach into compelling and persuasive prose
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Working knowledge of APMP / Shipley methodologies

Job Type: Full-time
