Job Description

The Proposal Coordinator will report to and collaborate with company leadership to develop proposals, find leads, coordinate with partners/subcontractors, and support the overall marketing strategy.

Requirements / Duties:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and preparation of proposals, qualifications packages, and presentation materials for the A/E/C industry
  • Work with various managers on the preparation and completion of proposals
  • Participate in go/no-go decisions regarding RFPs/RFQs
  • Coordinate data calls with subcontractors in preparation for proposal
  • Assist in interview preparation
  • Database entry and maintenance
  • Develop written and graphic material
  • Corporate event preparation/assistance
  • Track marketing events and photography of projects
  • Update internal resumes, project information documentation, and certifications
  • Additional duties depending on interests can include website updates, social media, attend marketing events and pre-proposal meetings, assist with trade shows and training videos.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of work experience in a similar role or a minimum of 5 years of A/E/C experience required
  • MUST have InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • MUST have excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills
  • MUST possess the ability to collaborate and integrate with other professionals
  • Experience with GovWin (or similar) a plus
  • Knowledge of the Federal market is a plus
  • Knowledge of BetaSAM and public RFP searches is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
