Broe Real Estate Group is seeking an experienced, dynamic, professional Property Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Financial Management

  • Closely manage expenses and track revenue to attain or exceed NOI
  • Participate in weekly pricing reviews and propose changes as appropriate
  • Complete weekly status reports and monthly financial reporting package, including budget variance and activity summary to be completed monthly and submitted to Regional Property Manager
  • Create annual budget in Yardi
  • Maintain contract binder and tracker

Facilities Management

  • Work with Maintenance Supervisor:
    • Maintain make ready board
    • Keep current on preventative maintenance
    • Resolve building maintenance issues
    • Complete comprehensive weekly property walks

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Responsible for porter, building engineer, maintenance team and other vendor contracts

May be required to assist in special projects or activities as requested by Regional Property Manager or corporate leadership

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree preferred
  • Relevant industry or accounting experience preferred
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Prior sales experience in leasing, retail, banking, or other related fields(s) preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in working with computers including word processing, calendar management, Yardi or similar software program, and social media required
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Available to work a flexible schedule
  • Proficient knowledge of real estate industry, property management principles and relevant legislation helpful
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and maintain a professional demeanor in high stress situations required
