Broe Real Estate Group is seeking an experienced, dynamic, professional Property Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Financial Management
- Closely manage expenses and track revenue to attain or exceed NOI
- Participate in weekly pricing reviews and propose changes as appropriate
- Complete weekly status reports and monthly financial reporting package, including budget variance and activity summary to be completed monthly and submitted to Regional Property Manager
- Create annual budget in Yardi
- Maintain contract binder and tracker
Facilities Management
- Work with Maintenance Supervisor:
- Maintain make ready board
- Keep current on preventative maintenance
- Resolve building maintenance issues
- Complete comprehensive weekly property walks
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Responsible for porter, building engineer, maintenance team and other vendor contracts
May be required to assist in special projects or activities as requested by Regional Property Manager or corporate leadership

- High School Diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree preferred
- Relevant industry or accounting experience preferred
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Prior sales experience in leasing, retail, banking, or other related fields(s) preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in working with computers including word processing, calendar management, Yardi or similar software program, and social media required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Available to work a flexible schedule
- Proficient knowledge of real estate industry, property management principles and relevant legislation helpful
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and maintain a professional demeanor in high stress situations required
