Responsibilities include:

- Responsible for all day-to-day operations.

- Responsible for Implementing cost control, revenue improvement programs, and developing and following operating budgets.

- Be responsive and receptive to Owner goals, needs and objectives.

- Daily property walks and maintenance of the exterior and interior of property.

- Proficient in marketing strategies online and curbside appeal.

- Diligent and experienced in Leasing, Renewals, Collections, and resident retention.

- Experience and Knowledge in Resman, Bluemoon, Internet and MSOffice Suite with attention to Excel and Outlook.

- Required reporting, Inspection of Turns.

- Achieve the highest possible net operating income through the implementation of cost control, customer satisfaction and revenue improvement programs.

- Must have 3+ years of experience.

- Must be able to multitask, have good organization, time management and prioritizing skills.

- Be honest, loyal and a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
