Job Description
We are looking for an office administrator for Wolves Den Realty & Property Management. This position is part time at 12 paid hours a week (3 days a week, morning/early afternoon hours) with capacity to expand and ability to make residual income through referral bonuses. We're looking for someone who wants to develop a long term relationship with company. A candidate with an interest in real estate or property management is preferred.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering phone calls
- Responding to emails
- Light social media management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Yelp, Google, website, etc.)
- Maintaining communication with clients and tenants
- Updating MLS
- Agent recruitment
- Using record keeping software (Buildium/Brokermint)
- Assisting broker in day-to-day activities
- Recording commission payouts
- Accounting and billing for properties that we manage
Qualifications:
- 18+
- High School Diploma
- Preferably some college
- Background in real estate, property management, office administration
- Experience as receptionist/ office clerk preferred
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 per hour
