Job Description

We are looking for an office administrator for Wolves Den Realty & Property Management. This position is part time at 12 paid hours a week (3 days a week, morning/early afternoon hours) with capacity to expand and ability to make residual income through referral bonuses. We're looking for someone who wants to develop a long term relationship with company. A candidate with an interest in real estate or property management is preferred.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Responding to emails
  • Light social media management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Yelp, Google, website, etc.)
  • Maintaining communication with clients and tenants
  • Updating MLS
  • Agent recruitment
  • Using record keeping software (Buildium/Brokermint)
  • Assisting broker in day-to-day activities
  • Recording commission payouts
  • Accounting and billing for properties that we manage

Qualifications:

  • 18+
  • High School Diploma
  • Preferably some college
  • Background in real estate, property management, office administration
  • Experience as receptionist/ office clerk preferred

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 per hour
