You are a dedicated hospitality professional with experience in a variety of maintenance duties: deep cleaning, preventative, landscaping, light electrical/plumbing. **Being an HMC Property Attendant: ** As an HMC Property Attendant, you will take pride in and enjoy a variety of tasks required to exceed standards and guest expectations. You will coordinate the CLEAN & SAFE programs and will live on property. **Benefits of working with us: ** Competitive hourly wages commensurate with experience, **in addition to a company-provided studio** to include local phone service, internet, and all utilities.

- Preventative maintenance programs • Janitorial work: shampooing carpets, drywall repair, painting, caulking, etc. • Ensure security needs of property & guests are met • On call for guest emergency needs Required Qualifications: • 1+ years maintenance experience, hotel setting preferred Physical Requirements: • Repetitive climbing of stairs, ladders • Kneeling/squatting, standing for long periods of time • Able to lift, push, and pull up to 20 lbs. _Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc., reserves the right to modify, change, or apply this job description in any way the company desires.
