Job Description
In this customer service role, you will quickly identify the needs of our prospective residents to help them find the perfect apartment home. You will develop long-lasting relationships with our current residents and provide them with exceptional customer service

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Greets residents, vendors, and other visitors on a daily basis in a friendly and professional manner
- Answers the Management Office telephone
- Inputs rents into the Property Management software YARDI
- Attention to detail on all transactions, reports, and other projects before submission and distribution
- Takes work orders from residents and forwards those to the maintenance supervisor
- Works in cooperation with Property Manager and Service Manager with property work orders
- Contacts residents to follow-up with completed work orders to ensure the problem is corrected
- Completes Delinquency Report, SRA Report, and Check Requests
- Prepares legal notices such as 5-day notices, 10-day notices, etc.
- Composes resident correspondence and general building or property notices
- Prepares packages for shipping
- Mail distribution
- File maintenance: set up, drawer, binders, and electronic
- Purges files at Property Managers request
- Scan and copy as necessary
- Sends facsimiles and distributes incoming facsimiles
- Help maintain office equipment
- Assist in completing government and property forms as needed.
- Take part in any office meetings
- Process replies on own initiative or from boss’s dictation or notes
Requirements
- Must enjoy public contact and demonstrate a friendly, outgoing, service-oriented nature
- Must be flexible with a strong ability to multi-task
- Must possess the desire / ability to learn new skills
- Experience with Word, Excel, Print Shop and Section 8 computer programs beneficial
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Must be team oriented
