How You Will Contribute:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ClinCard and eClinicalGPS client projects, including program requirements, site set ups and general support
- Under guidance of Senior Operations Management: assist in management of day-to-day activities of ClinCard and eClinicalGPS Programs, including initial draft of program requirements, maintenance of project compliance documentation and supporting duties, as applicable
- Demonstrate flawless execution of best practices in implementation and relationship management
- Coordinate internal and external/vendor resources, as applicable
- Perform other duties, assignments, and/or special projects as time or circumstances necessitate
For Consideration You Will Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
- Relevant experience and/or training
- Strong organizational experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Project and/or implementation support experience preferred
- Expertise in Microsoft Office suite
