Overview: Steampunk is looking for a proven Project Manager who has expertise supporting and managing web sites, content, and content stakeholders and managers. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional teams that include content managers, software and web site developers, and hosting providers. This role will act as the single point of contact for all website and content management activities for our customer.
Candidate should have experience managing, creating and supporting Web Content Solutions based on Drupal and Drupal Framework, operating and supporting Drupal platforms and environments, and providing support to content managers.Contributions:Responsibilities:

Candidate should have experience managing, creating and supporting Web Content Solutions based on Drupal and Drupal Framework, operating and supporting Drupal platforms and environments, and providing support to content managers.Contributions:Responsibilities:
- Gather, define and document functional, user interface/look and feel, and accessibility requirements
- Support the planning, and development of project management plans and schedules, , activities, timeframes, resources, and requirements
- Facilitate and support SELC artifact creation, review, approvals and gate reviews
- Web and Content Lifecycle Management support – planning, content and artifact lifecycle, reporting
- Support budget planning
- Lead problem resolution activities to include, when necessary, troubleshooting and debugging Drupal issues (nice to have this skillset, not mandatory)
- Experience leading highly matrixed teams – content managers/contributors, developers, users, site admins
- Experience Managing Content, Configurations and Customizations within Drupal 7.x and 8.x
- Experience in developing and maintaining training materials and standard operating procedures for content managers and contributors
- Experience developing and maintaining website and content management artifacts
- Experience in managing and coordinating site maintenance and patch/release management functions
- Experience in supporting the creation and maintenance of Federal FISMA certification and accreditation of Government websites and content platforms
- Experience in leading the collection, documentation, and assessment of requirements, as well as leading the assessment and evaluation of new technologies, features, and solutions, to include leading the analysis of alternatives, recommending alternatives, and developing path forward to adopt, migrate to or replatform to new target solutions.
- 6-10 years of experience
- Experience migrating content and websites to Drupal 7.x/8.x
- Experience using Agile software development and project management practices (SCRUM, KANBAN)
- Knowledge and experience with Enterprise Collaboration Portals (Sharepoint, Liferay)
- Knowledge and experience with FedRAMP Cloud and/or FISMA Security requirements for Website/Content Management Platform hosting a plus
- Bachelor's Degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
- CSM preferred
