Job Description
Project Manager-Public WorksHalff Associates has an immediate opening in our Houston office for a Professional Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience in municipal roadway, drainage, and water/wastewater utility design. This position requires strong design experience and project manager skills. Candidates must have:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- PE License in Texas
- 5 to 10 years of experience in municipal roadway, drainage, and water/wastewater utility
- MicroStation or AutoCAD
- Experience managing design and plan production
- Ability to manage clients and supervise technical staff
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive attitude, be self-directed yet a team player, and have a focus on quality, integrity and success
