• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Science or other related technical discipline & Five (5) years of exposure in Technical Operations.
• Communication skills are paramount (Executive Presence), flawless in English language and strong drive and influencer.
• Quick thinker.
• Experience in:
  • MS Project Schedule
  • TO project Transfers
  • Establishing governance for processes and activities.
  • Staff Meeting Coordination
  • Mitigation

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Function as PMO (Office PM) with Tech Operations and Tech Transfer knowledge.
• Be the “Chief of Staff” that assures that the Team delivers a 2-week look ahead for 6 to 8 global TO project transfer activities.
• Provide leadership and direction for the technology transfer of New Products.
• Assure that the TO’s have their 4-ups ready, risk register actualized & mitigation in place, among others.
• Provide Change Control Assessment to support New Product Introductions and International Launches.
• Establish and lead cross functional project teams to launch new pharmaceutical products. Establish strong working relationships with key customers/opinion leaders.
• Coordinate the activities and decision-making processes of a diverse group of multi-functional technical experts.
• Anticipate problems, develop alternatives, and ensure key contributors are fully apprised of changes and developments.
• Use planning tools to hold a complex project on schedule and coordinate parallel activities.
• Act as a liaison for new products, line extensions and/or product transfer between site and Corporate Headquarters groups.
